Great defrag app. Reboot before you run & then run the exe & just let it go.
when the screen is blank and says "finished" just close it.

essentially - you'll run it - tell it to defrag at next reboot - then reboot.
Before Windows XP loads - you'll see some messages display about defraging the swap file.
